As an IT Support Specialist in the Tech team (DACH & CEE), you will be responsible for mantaining and enhancing our IT systems, ensuring stability, security, and efficiency. You will have the opportunity to utilise your deep technical knowledge in Windows administration and networking to identify and resolve issues, implement best practices, and drive forward projects that enhance our IT infrastructure. Typically, around 60% of your time will be spent on supporting our staff (helpdesk). Our technologies: Office365, Microsoft Windows, AD, Network, Telekom Infrastructure.

How You'll Contribute

  • Technical and functional user support
  • IT technical equipment of the branches
  • Internal order and invoice management
  • Inventory preparation and management
  • Support of opening new stores
  • Hardware and software installation
  • User training and onboarding
  • Negotiating with suppliers to bring them onboard.

What You Bring

  • 1-2 years of experience in IT Support
  • Computer science, network, ITIL basics
  • Windows Server and Windows Client
  • Technical or management education
  • Years of professional experience, ideally in a similar position
  • German & English fluent
  • Open for traveling and flexibility
  • Organizational skills, teamwork
  • Initiative and self-organization

In accordance with the applicable collective agreement, the minimum salary for this position is €2,250 gross per month on a full-time basis. The exact salary will be determined on the basis of the applicant's qualifications, experience and skills.
