You'll serve as a key contributor in driving data-driven decision-making and business improvements. This role plays a critical part in analyzing complex data sets to provide insights and recommendations that optimize operational efficiency and enhance customer experience. 

Your responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for operational enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to track key business indicators.
• Conduct thorough quantitative and qualitative analyses to support strategic planning and decision-making processes.
• Support the development and implementation of business processes and systems to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
• Identify areas for process improvements and efficiencies through data analysis and stakeholder engagement.
• Work closely with IT teams to ensure data integrity, consistency, and accessibility across systems.
• Present findings and recommendations to key stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of data governance frameworks and best practices.
• Continuously monitor industry trends and best practices in business analysis to drive innovation and improvements.

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, or a similar role
• Experience in retail, e-commerce, or consumer goods industry is advantageous
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, or similar platforms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Understanding of business processes and systems
