Your responsibilities at C&A

  • Oversight and early flagging of issues for commercial parameters (OTB/CTB, OMU, OSP)
  • Analyse and work out different options for different sizes of stores in order to contribute to the right module size and merchandise per store (ModBuild) 
  • Be in close contact via the defined E2E interfaces with the countries (RMP) to reliably forecast the business via re-targeting in the OTB 
  • Conduct size level analysis to support launch of new programs and monitor early results in order to quickly respond to sell-throughs 
  • Alter size forecasts for promotional events, e.g. back-to-school, mother's day, holiday periods
  • Provide PMs with quantities they have to buy for the different articles per country and by which date in order to contribute to a timely delivery of the correct merchandise to the countries Execution of planning and allocation management 
  • Manage tracking of timely delivery of merchandise to the stores and check whether stocks are as planned in order to be able to call-off or stop the delivery of merchandise from the warehouse to the store 
  • Manage open to buy (OTB), parameters and selling prices for optimum team performance o Monitor inventory management
  • Staff direct report positions in alignment with Unit Leader Merchandise Planning & Allocation and set personal objectives, targets, guidelines and assess all direct reports

What we expect from you

  • Relevant university degree (Bachelor/Master or equivalent qualification) and over 3-5 years progressive experience in financial planning preferably in retail
  • Strong numerical, analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Good self-organization and work structuring skills
  • Positive forward-looking mindset and Team spirit
  • Fluent in English, preferably fluent in one more language
