The Enterprise Risk Management function has the responsibility to further enhance all governance across the company, as well as risk identification, evaluation monitoring and reporting mechanisms for all of our teams across Europe.

Your responsibilities

As an Enterprise Risk Manager you will have the opportunity to:

 

  • Support the design and constant improvement of a coherent and compressive governance framework especially focusing on standards for policies, controls and risk management (incl. BCM and crisis) aspects.
  • Ensure implementation and compliance with internal and external standards.
  • Drive cross-functional and cross-border sharing of best practices, focusing on constant improvement and business enablement while managing C&A's risk management objectives.
  • Ensure appropriate communication of new trends, new identified risks, relevant updates as well as up-skilling and training of internal and external stakeholders
  • Steer local, market wide, cross border and cross functional risk & opportunity assessments

What you bring

We would be keen to speak to those whose profile shows a blend of the following:

 

  • 3-6 years of experience in risk management or a related field e.g. governance, audit, compliance, strategic planning, business continuity
  • High level of communication and influencing skills
  • Knowledge of risk management mechanism and techniques
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Ideally a Bachelors or Masters degree with a specialization in either Business & Management, Engineering & Technology, Natural Science, Environmental Science or equivalent
