The Allocation  team secures and fulfills omni availability to meet the customer’s needs while it ensures the European buy is correctly split to market level based on demand in the assigned category. 

Your responsibilities

  • Break down EU planning by style and align national allocations with intake budgets.
  • Set initial store allocation based on demand and differentiate between initial allocation and replenishment to ensure continuous stock in top-performing stores.
  • Implement demand-based replenishment throughout the season, adapting to store needs.
  • Define size distribution at both option/market and store levels, adjusting based on sales trends.
  • Analyze sales data daily/weekly to adjust allocation and replenishment strategies, creating exception-based reporting.
  • Maintain range integrity while monitoring open-to-buy, forecasting intakes, and conducting seasonal reviews to optimize allocation strategy

 

What you bring

 

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in category planning or allocation
  • Extensive knowledge of forecasting, understanding seasonality curves and trends taking into account multiple factors like promotions, events, range assortment, etc
  • You are comfortable working with large sets of data
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Fluent in business English, oral and written
  • Preferred: Good knowledge of Data warehouse reporting
