Are you looking for a responsible working student job in the CRM sector? We are looking for an enrolled student (m/f/d) who would like to gain practical experience in the marketing sector as soon as possible. With us, you will gain an insight into the daily tasks of the CRM team, support them and be involved in a wide range of exciting projects!

Your responsibilities

  • Supporting the CRM team in the development and maintenance of the CRM strategy and system landscape, especially with regard to the C&A customer loyalty programme.
  • Independently take on sub-projects in the area of CRM, in particular in the conception and implementation of new functions or direct marketing campaigns.
  • Participation in the coordination of interfaces to other departments and systems
  • Preparing and carrying out tests in the CRM system and preparing presentations.
  • Checking and managing data within the CRM system, including researching and updating customer master data.
  • Support in the creation and optimisation of content for C&A's digital presence, including maintenance of the webshop.

What you bring

  • You are currently enrolled as a full-time student, preferably in the fields of economics, communication sciences, industrial engineering, computer science or a comparable degree programme with a focus on marketing or IT.
  • You have strong analytical skills as well as an independent and responsible way of working.
  • You have very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
  • You are characterised by a high level of online affinity and ideally some experience in content marketing, CRM, e-commerce or direct marketing.
  • You have very good communication skills in German and English. 
  • The ability to work in a team, reliability and a strong service orientation round off your profile.
