Unit Lead Digital Channel Marketing (m/f/d)

You are responsible for creating brand impact and consumer demand, building out demand generation and demand capture channels. Define and implement the digital channel strategy for the digital marketing brand and performance channels across all C&A web shops, market places and App.

 

Your Responsibilities at C&A

  • Develop and implement branding and performance media strategies and tactics.
  • Plan, activate and optimise digital media campaigns across multiple channels such as GDN, YouTube, Google Search & Shopping, Social channels such as Facebook and Instagram.
  • Develop and implement digital media strategies and tactics to drive acquisition and Customer  Lifetime Value optimization.
  • Report on the performance of each channel and of the overall media mix per country, working with analytics team as required. Provide insightful analysis of our marketing spend and its results & come up with creative ways to improve performance. 
  • Analyze consumer patterns to understand the efficiency and effectiveness of media investment and advise on strategy.
  • Monitor and ensure marketing campaigns deliver against short/mid/long term commercial and brand targets.
  • Drive alignment on campaign execution across the C&A digital ecosystem. 
  • Collaborate with the creative team, and providing them with feedback on what works, what doesn’t with the objective to build a pipeline of new assets pertinent to each advertising channel.
  • You will be managing your own team of digital channel specialists and collaborate with specialized agencies.

What we expect from you

  • University degree in Business Administration, Marketing or similar field with 7+ years of experience in digital media (agency or client side) within the field of international E-commerce.
  • Expertise in digital media strategies and tactics, Experience of planning, buying and measuring digital media.
  • Experience working with eMarketplaces/Pure Players preferred.
  • Experience with App marketing strategies and tactics is preferred.
  • Proven ability to drive innovate and effective marketing programs that generate results.
  • Proven ability to recruit, manage, develop, and retain a high-performing team in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track-record in delivering online traffic growth.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
  • A hard-working, organized, and motivated self-starter, constantly striving to improve your skills and look for ways to add value to the team. Grows with challenges and is not deterred by difficult situations.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams) skills, familiar with Media Mix Modelling tools and Google Analytics.
  • Fluent in English, preferably fluent in one more language.
