Your responsibilities at C&A

  • You will get a comprehensive introduction into our current supply chain processes as well as the opportunity to work on the future of C&A’s supply chain management
  • Domain support for Quality, Sourcing and Sustainability issues within Buying/Sourcing Supply Chain
  • Deliver First Level Support on process and system questions regarding Quality, Sourcing and Sustainability
  • Develop process and system solutions for Quality, Sourcing and Sustainability topics
  • Control and monitor the business (e.g. on execution of business rules/proper system usage)
  • Support the business in executing operational workflows

What we expect of you

  • University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics 
  • Basic knowledge of the Retail Supply Chain – ideally Fashion/Apparel Supply Chain and a deep understanding of Buying processes within the supply chain 
  • Communication skills in German and English allowing effective working relationships with a variety of operational project stakeholders
  • Ability to understand processes, user needs and the impact of change on the systems interdependencies
  • You convince with your proactivity and a can-do attitude 
  • Good presentations skills with the ability to describe processes or system functions as well the capability of translating complex terminology into business terminology
