The traineeship starts in March 2021 and has a duration of approx. 2 years consisting of different exciting assignments within Supply Chain Management.

Your responsibilities at C&A

  • You will get a comprehensive introduction into our current supply chain processes as well as the opportunity to work on the future of C&A’s supply chain management
  • You will execute business process development, management and analysis in mainly one functional domain
  • You will support business process implementations from a logistics point of view including preparing the organization and supporting change management
  • As part of a major company-wide transformation project you will build efficient collaboration with operational project stakeholders in Business and IT
  • You will cultivate and maintain effective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders to ensure the delivery of change process or system implementation in time, cost and quality

What we expect of you

  • 1-2 years professional background in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent, University degree preferred
  • Understanding of retail supply chains procurement processes, market developments, competition and innovation, preferably in the fashion/apparel industry
  • Analytical skills to understand user needs, logistic key figures, as well as complex processes or process chains allowing you to understand the impact of change on the systems interdependencies
  • Presentation and documentation skills to describe processes and systems, being able to translate complex into business terminology as well as good communication skills
  • Proactivity and a can-do attitude
  • Fluency in English and minimum good German language skills are a must, additional languages of advantage
  • Very good knowledge in MS office
