The Quality department focuses on ensuring product quality and safety by providing expert support and timely solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement quality standards. Your responsibilities
As a Team Assistant you play a crucial support role within our team or department by managing a variety of administrative, organizational, and communication tasks. Your responsibilities are essential for ensuring smooth operations and effective collaboration within the team, and will include
- Supporting the Head of Quality and Technical Services and the team leaders in administrative matters, including planning, preparing, coordinating and following up on meetings and managing travel and travel expenses
- Being the key contact person in our global team and help us to facilitate communication and coordination within our team as well as with other departments within the organisation and external stakeholders
- Coordinating and assisingt with data maintenance and data analysis and keep an eye on the relevant deadlines
- Assisting with the day-to-day office tasks, such as invoices management, administrative document management, handling of confidential documents etc.
- Handling ad-hoc requests and support projects as required
What you bring
We would be keen to speak to those with a blend of the following skills and capabilities:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Staying focused in a complex, dynamic work environment
- Advanced understanding of data mining and data accuracy
- Hands-on, rigorous, conscientious and proactive
- Good command of spoken & written English
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in similar role
- Bachelor degree or equivalent qualification preferred
