The Talent Development Manager will have the opportunity to develop key talent within the C&A organization. Support to establish a strategy for all aspects of Talent Development and build the right processes and tools around it. Create concepts and initiatives that enable our talents to grow their potential and performance and support to establish the proper leadership mindset and toolset to drive co-worker empowerment and engagement.

Your responsibilities

 

  • Support the development of a strategy for Talent Development that is matching the business ambitions to enable a highly engaged and empowered workforce
  • Set up the right processes and tools that ensure a clear and simple access, understanding and follow up of Talent Development initiatives for our co-workers and leadership
  • Own the annual Talent Review processes in close collaboration with the Performance Capability Manager, People & Culture colleagues and the business
  • Follow through the identification of talents (Talent mapping) by assigning talents to development plans according to their performance and potential
  • Support to shape the leadership mindset and equip the leaders with tools, values and behaviors to empower their key talent
  • Accelerate existing Talent Development offers, measure the success, collect regular feedback and adapt them appropriately
  • Research Talent market trends, conceptualize Talent Development concepts accordingly and establish clear link to organizational capabilities and growth drivers
  • Ensure awareness of and engagement with the Talent Development initiatives through inspiring communication campaigns
  • Prepare and present virtual and in-person Talent Development program meetings with talents and/or leadership
  • Build external partnerships who support in strategic initiatives and build workshop concepts

What you bring

 

  • Proficient experience in conceptualizing and implementing development programs
  • Understanding of the fundamental concepts and principles of learning and development
  • Sound experience with Performance & Talent Management
  • Ability to generate reports and analyze data to assess the success of development initiatives
  • Strategic thinking and acting
  • Ability to understand business challenges and adapt accordingly
  • Proficient stakeholder management
  • Project Management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Adult educational science or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in a related field.
  • Experience in developing and executing strategic plans related to development
  • Experience from working in cross-functional and matrix organizations
  • Fluent in business English, oral and written
