Your responsibilities at C&A

  • Work with HR and the business to effectively deliver on agreed hiring plans 
  • Manage the recruitment process from A to Z
  • Source candidates; leveraging existing channels and exploring new opportunities
  • Conduct candidate screenings and job interviews
  • Closely collaborate with agencies, universities and other providers that help to expand the pipeline of talent
  • Work on optimising processes and suggest improvements based on analytics and research
  • Contribute to TA projects e.g. in the area of employer branding and digital talent recruitment

To be successful in this role it is important that you

  • Have relevant recruitment experience in at least one of these domains: E-commerce, IT, Digital & Marketing, Retail or Fashion
  • Have experience with active sourcing
  • Take initiative, come up with new ideas and dare to challenge business stakeholders
  • Have an engaging communication style
  • Trust that analytics and processes will make our lives easier
