At C&A we aim to collaborate with other stakeholders to achieve objectives that would not be possible to achieve individually in the sustainability field. You will be coordinating our collaboration with global and regional initiatives to leverage the goals of C&A’s New Sustainability Strategy and helping to create a position of leadership. Therefore, you will be working with internal experts and external stakeholders to identify the best-suited collaboration initiatives to generate impact. You will be managing external reporting and evaluation as well as supporting internal experts with qualitative content.

Your responsibilities at C&A:

  • Establish an integrated and coherent approach for C&A’s sustainability collaboration work.
  • Identify, together with the internal subject matter experts, the best-suited collaboration initiative to create impact through long lasting solutions to the challenges the sector is facing.
  • Be the expert understanding changing requirements of the collaboration initiatives and the relevant implications for C&A.
  • Set-up performance measurement to report critical progress on the various collaboration initiatives.
  • Manage external reporting and evaluations to ensure a smooth flow.
  • Develop qualitative content and support internal subject matter experts in meeting external reporting and evaluation expectations.

What we expect of you:

  • You have a degree in Political science, Sustainable Business Development or related field.
  • You have good track working with Sustainability Multi Stakeholder Initiatives ideally from apparel industry and are a strong team player
  • You have first experience in successful coordinating and process managing in a complex environment for both social and environmental aspects.
  • You have a passion for sustainability and want to play a critical role in transferring strategy into tangible action and impact.
  • You are highly structured and organized and always aim for fact-based progress measurement.
  • You have excellent English writing skills, proof reading skills and an eye for details. German language is a plus.
  • You perform well in an environment of demanding temporary peaks on the delivery of reports.
