Be part of a digital transformation in which you contribute to introducing and driving the global implementation of an SAP Success Factors within all of C&A.
Your responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of SAP Success Factors solutions across various modules including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, Learning, and Compensation.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and configure Success Factors solutions to meet those needs.
- Serve as the technical expert and provide guidance on best practices, solution architecture, and system integrations.
- Collaborate with IT and HR teams to ensure seamless integration of Success Factors with other enterprise systems.
- Engage with business leaders to understand their needs and provide strategic recommendations for leveraging Success Factors to improve HR processes.
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and presentations to educate stakeholders on solution capabilities and usage.
What you bring
- A minimum of 5-7 years practical experience in the implementation and operation of SAP SuccessFactors
- In-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules and integration capabilities.
- Proficiency in configuration and customization of SuccessFactors solutions.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
