Your responsibilities at C&A

  • Planning, developing, writing and implementing content for C&A’s social media channels in close collaboration with the teams for Content, Campaign, Digital Analytics and Media
  • Picking up current digital trends and topics which have the potential to go viral and translate them into inspiring digital content
  • Steering the community management agency and proactively optimizing processes for growing and managing the online community for the respective channel
  • Managing the project of building a central FAQ database in collaboration with the community management agency
  • Leveraging further external agencies and leveraging brand design function for graphic design as necessary

What we expect from you

  • Completed studies in (Online) Marketing, Communications or related fields with 3-5 years of experience in Digital Marketing and/or editorial writing (print or digital); agency background preferred
  • Well versed in social media platforms and their metrics (especially Facebook & Instagram) and strong online affinity as with knowledge of digital trends
  • Deep understanding of community management, web content creation and its respective tools as they relate to digital channels, online community growth and brand penetration
  • Ability to set goals, prioritise activities and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced and deadline-intensive editorial operation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
