As Senior Learning Manager you will have the opportunity to build a ONE C&A Learning organization, implementing learning habits / capabilities to match the strategic requirements of the business.

Your responsibilities

 

  • Develop an organizational capability strategy and drive learning solutions to minimize skill and performance gaps in strategic focus areas
  • Identify growth driver areas within the business and build a learning roadmap to ensure realistic timelines and resource planning
  • Closely collaborate with Performance Capability Learning Lead to align the overall strategy
  • Build a learning framework to foster the growth mindset throughout the organization
  • Analyze Learning data to identify trends and areas of improvement
  • Enhance targeted upskilling and training for selected projects to support the C&A Growth Driver areas
  • Closely collaborate with the business regarding all learning topics to drive the learning strategy accordingly
  • Translate career pathing into concrete learning solutions to increase our internal talent bench strength
  • Be a mentor and coach for the team to share knowledge and experience and grow internal talents

What you bring

 

  • Proficiency in designing and implementing learning journeys
  • Understanding of the fundamental concepts and principles of learning
  • Ability to generate reports and analyze data to assess the effectiveness learning initiatives
  • Strategic thinking and acting
  • Proficient stakeholder management
  • Ability to understand business challenges and adapt accordingly
  • Basic understanding of Learning Management Systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Adult educational science or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of work experience in a related field.
  • Experience in developing or executing strategic plans related to learning
  • Fluent in business English, oral and written.
