Senior HRIS Specialist (m/f/d)



Purpose of the role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our amazing P&C Services & Systems Domain to operationally drive HR digitalization related projects and programs as well as taking over responsibility for the projects. You will be working closely with the lead of HR Systems and Operations and the team of HRIS Specialists. As part of this team, you will be responsible for our corporate SAP SuccessFactors platform along with defining processes and requirements while providing first level support.

Your responsibilities at C&A

  • Configuration of SAP SuccessFactors & close collaboration with C&A´s IT department for the more complex configuration and customization of the system 
  • Demand management regarding digitalization related requests from P&C and other stakeholders from the business side.
  • Key-user support and training with focus on SuccessFactors
  • Feasibility assessment of HR requests for core HR system changes, with strong focus on SAP SuccessFactors
  • Continuous pro-active maintenance and improvement
  • Support release management process for SuccessFactors

What you bring

  • University degree in Human Resources or equivalent work experience               
  • 4+ years of experience with SuccessFactors as an inhouse-consultant or consultant
  • Hands-on technical experience with the SAP SuccessFactors platform, preferably Employee Central plus other modules such as Recruiting, Learning or Performance & Goals
  • Strong analytical and solution driven skills with a high ability for data and quality
  • Very good knowledge of HR reporting and metrics
  • Fluent English language skills
