 Enabling the C&A growth strategy by managing effectively the stage gate process from market demand creation via volume forecast with vendors to market call of & inventory monitoring for assigned trades of centrally procured concept hardware. As such this role is critical for a cost-efficient modernization program. Enable the timely delivery of critical information within the stage gate process assuring key purchase decisions can be made in time in order to enable a high pace modernization process with timely delivery. Close collaboration with market & IP teams during execution and continuous review of 3rd party compliance of assigned trades with set quality standards. The output of this role significantly contributes to effective delivery & consistent consumer experience across at the point of sale & commercial success. 

Your responsibilities

  • Steer the fulfillment, market & 3rd party vendor teams on all aspects of the stage gate process to achieve a timely delivery of key information & purchase decisions for a frictionless fulfillment of all store modernization projects (Refurbishment, Relocation, Expansion).
  • Drive & continuously optimize with fulfillment lead all fulfilment standards for all internal & external parties as an integral part of business processes to drive one way of working.
  • Drive monitoring balance of expected demand vs. C&A owned & 3rd party inventory levels to enable efficient delivery while optimizing stock exposure.
  • Coordinate call offs across markets in close collaboration with market store implementation teams in case of supply chain bottle necks to safeguard timely delivery & construction of the store modernization program
  • Onboard, validate centrally contracted 3rd party vendors on operational & logistical capabilities on an ongoing basis.
  • Manage related contracts & SLAs with assigned 3rd party vendors and internal partners
  • Support from a business perspective development & maintenance of the demand management & business planning tool IBP
  • Drive the article life cycle management for assigned trades
  • Proactively review & rate the 3rd party network performance for store concept fulfilment (production & logistics) vs. defined cost & quality KPIs in collaboration with markets to assure continuous delivery vs. cost/quality expectation & identify actionable optimization insights.

What you bring

 

  • Degree in business administration, production management, logistics or equivalent experience background
  • Min 5 years of experience in a high pace international, corporate environments - preferably value retailing
  • Min 5 years of experience in supply chain management - preferably value retailing
  • Excellent ability to process multiple projects at different stages simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships across teams in English. Local language & further European language preferred
  • Strong in management and collaboration with 3rd party networks and internal multi stakeholder teams
  • Strong in developing supply chain and fulfillment solutions for large scale roll outs – branded retail preferred.
  • Strong experience in supply chain related system solutions
