Due to investment in our Sourcing and Merchandising operations, we currently have multiple opportunities for Product Developers to join us in Range and Textile focused categories including: 

• Outerwear/Ski 
• Adults Nightwear 
• Swimwear  
• Lingerie/Underwear 
• Blouses 
• Light woven/Woven 
• Knitted/Circular Knits/Flat Knits 

Our Product Development teams are responsible for bringing life to our design concepts and delivering commercially viable product ranges and collections. In this truly pivotal and collaborative role, you will liaise with Design, Merchandising and Sourcing teams internally, and our external suppliers.

Your responsibilities

As Product Developer, you will manage the Product Development process for an assigned category, ensuring the development of assigned products and monitoring overall performance and deliverables. Assignments will include: 

• Manage execution of E2E calendar deliverables, ensuring sample availability and milestone adherence. 
• Monitor performance and KPIs, including design-to-cost, critical path, fabric activities, collaboration, and development ratio. 
• Operate within the sourcing strategy for the assigned category/division, addressing specific sourcing requirements. 
• Pre-screen line plans and programs for workload allocation and initial risk assessment. 
• Support collaborative development meetings between Design, Merchandising, and Technical Services; negotiate with suppliers on product costs. 

What you bring

​​​​​​​We would be keen to speak to those with a blend of the following skills and capabilities:

• Passionate about Product Development through Design to Cost elements, with a degree in a Fashion or Textiles related field 
• Extensive knowledge of fabric qualities, textile processing, finishing, and dyeing/printing techniques. 
• Strong understanding of design-to-cost elements, product development, trims, accessories, and range building. 
• Proficient in PLM, with good communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. 
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, effective time management, and the ability to prioritize tasks. 
• Adaptable, able to manage change, work independently, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment. 
• Written and spoken English
