Our Tech team are responsible for providing the digital infrastructure and services at the heart of our pan-European operations. As Tech Lead – HRIS/HCM, you will have the opportunity to own and deliver the technology roadmap for a number of business-critical HR systems, underpinning the digitalisation of our pan-European People & Culture function. 

 

Your responsibilities

 

This role will offer you the opportunity to: 

 

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale HR technology transformation projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.  
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements, develop project plans, and drive successful implementations.  
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on SAP SuccessFactors and other HR technology platforms, providing guidance and support to internal stakeholders.  
  • Lead the configuration, customization, and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors modules to meet evolving business needs.  
  • Partner with HR leadership to analyse workforce data and metrics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities to develop and implement workforce management strategies, leveraging technology solutions to streamline processes and enhance efficiency. 
  • Lead and mentor a team of HR technology specialists, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment focused on delivering exceptional results.  
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, promoting professional development and growth opportunities. 
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the People & Culture Tech team, fostering innovation and creativity. 

 

What you bring

 

  • A genuine passion for and interest in enterprise-scale HRIS/HCM systems; you stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in HR technology, leveraging this knowledge to drive continuous improvement initiatives. 
  • 5+ years of experience in HR technology, with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors or similar platforms.  
  • Proven experience leading teams through large-scale transformation projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.  
  • Strong understanding of workforce management principles and best practices.  
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels 
  • Fluency in English; German language skills are a bonus but not essential
