Your responsibilities at C&A 

  • Continuously update and manage the Marketing Calendar of the assigned market based on centrally developed concepts, campaigns, media strategy and planning in collaboration with the Marketing and the Omni Marketing Lead
  • Manage the local budget and activities within the assigned market for defined projects
  • Lead, align and co-create together successful European activations and events with the Omni Market Lead and build the C&A Brand consistently
  • Act as the key contact in consultation to ensure that the content is always 'fit for purpose' for all Omni Marketing activities within the assigned market and supporting cross functionally on the execution of national marketing activities and events 
  • Develop and execute potential cross border Omni channel activations to support the acceleration of digitalisation at C&A and therefore increasing the number of Newsletter subscriptions
  • Proactively express, share and represent local market needs towards the Omni Market Lead, central media functions and channel managers in order to support the centre in the process of moving towards a centralized media strategy and planning 
  • Support the centre and the Omni Market Lead in the process of moving towards a central transcreation and delivery function to meet future business and market needs, delivering growth in social media, digital assets, translations and sign offs
  • Provide regular and specific feedback to the Omni Market Lead regarding the Campaign execution from a market perspective to ensure a continuous learning process
  • Building the ONE C&A Marketing which is cross border, collaborative, networked and without silos
  • Ensure collaborations with the regional functions of Planning and Visual Merchandising on local requirements where needed and report to Marketing when central support is required

 

What we expect from you 

  • Bachelors / Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or equivalent
  • Min. 3 years of experience in a Marketing / Marketing Management role in an international company focused primarily on executing and managing Omnichannel marketing activities (rather than the creative development of concepts and campaigns)
  • Strong communication skills and understanding of retail landscapes, media channels and digital marketing
  • Understanding of classic and digital channels as well as brand and performance across the assigned market 
  • Operational experience of working within fashion retail preferred
  • Experience of working in a matrix organisation and communicating effectively from a cross functional perspective
  • Fluent in English
