Your responsibilities at C&A


  • You will incorporate all promotional activities planned by Marketing into the target figures under consideration of peaks and lows in both incoming orders as well as returns
  • You will support the eCommerce Planning Manager and the eCommerce Merchandise Manager in all diagnostic analysis and proposes further improvement actions
  • You will be responsible for quarterly performance updates in context of business development and targets
  • You will ensure the weekly updating of the Sales and Stock forecasting tool (OTB) in close collaboration with the eCommerce Merchandise Managers per category



  • You will monitor and analyse the sales, stock and mark-down performance per eCommerce merchandise category as well as on total level
  • You will provide key reports to management on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, seasonal and annual level
  • You will monitor and manage strategic availability of products to assure an optimal eCommerce assortment (e.g. such as Never Out of Stock merchandise)

What we expect of you

  • Proven experience and results in the area of merchandise planning, ideally within the apparel retail industry and /or with an online background
  • Profound analytical skills and experience working with relevant tools
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, guiding other stakeholders (eCommerce Merchandise Managers)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment, ensuring “zero defect” execution of tasks
  • Excellent German and  English skills (both written and oral)
  • Profound knowledge of MS Excel, with good knowledge of other MS Office applications
  • Experience with and excellent knowledge of Enterprise-Resource-Planning systems and related applications
