Your responsibilities at C&A

  • Supports the Senior Programmatic Manager to develop and manage digital campaigns, including performance tracking, reporting and optimisation of tactics based on agreed KPIs, in close collaboration with the teams for Campaign Management, Content Marketing, Digital Marketing and eCommerce
  • Works with media partners/agencies to ensure optimal campaign execution (Execution and analysis of creative tests; Monitoring, analysis and optimization of ongoing online marketing campaigns)
  • Communicates cross-functionally to share and evolve campaign best practices
  • Conception and creation of advertising media concepts in cooperation with our graphic team

What we expect from you

  • University degree and 2-4 years of experience in a comparable position related to fashion/retail and eCommerce, agency background preferred
  • Good knowledge in programmatic strategy, planning and buying of performance media, using respective tools, such as DV360, Google Analytics and GDN
  • Strong knowledge of, and established relationships within a programmatic advertising and/or the display advertising industry, of traditional as well as contemporary/online marketing tactics and strategy
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with ability to juggle competing priorities within tight timeframes
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German, both written and oral, with an ability to distill complex ideas into easily understandable stories
