We are looking for a Digital Analyst who is inspired by data and is passionate about measuring and providing analysis and insights that will have a transformational impact on our brand marketing activities. We are looking for a collaborative, creative, and dynamic team player that will enjoy the process of shaping the future of brand marketing analytics at C&A.


Your responsibilities at C&A

  • Provide deep-dive cross channel analysis and insights on brand marketing campaigns with a focus on social and programmatic channels
  • Translate the KPI framework into analytics briefs that will inform on how to measure campaign success
  • Conduct analysis on content and creatives and provide insights that enable continuous optimization of brand marketing content
  • Working together with our BI team, collect data, reports, and dashboard needs, and develop simplified solutions for data processing
  • Working together with the BI team, provide guidance for continuous optimization of data warehouse needs for brand marketing analytics activities
  • Ensure data integrity by regularly conducting data quality checks
  • Design and build dashboards for different stakeholders and provide ad-hoc reports when need
  • Work collaboratively with the channel managers to develop new measurement and analytics methodologies that will improve on brand marketing activities

What we expect from you

  • University degree (Bachelor/Master) in Business, Ecommerce, Internet Business, Marketing, IT, or Digital and more than 3 years of experience with a focus on brand marketing campaign reporting in an eCom or omnichannel environment
  • Good knowledge and experience with the Google Marketing Platform stack (i.e. DV360, Google Ads, Campaign Manager, Google Analytics 360)
  • Understanding and expertise with Facebook Business Manager Platform stack
  • Knowledge and experience with social media analytics tools e.g. Falcon, Sprinklr, CrowdTangle, Talkwalker, etc.
  • Secure handling of data visualization and dashboard development tools e.g., Google Data Studio, Tableau, etc.
  • Work experience of campaign tagging frameworks and tools such as Google Tag Manager
  • Basic user experience with SQL and knowledge on how to extract and manage data from structured databases such as Google Big Query and Snowflake
  • Strong communication and presentation skills and ability to work in a diverse international environment
  • Good English language skills required
