Your Responsibilities at C&A

  • Management of C&A's social media marketing with a focus on Facebook and Instagram
  • Planning, control, and optimization of social media campaigns on Facebook and Instagram to increase brand awareness, consideration and performance
  • Definition and continuous optimization of control KPIs in cooperation with the social media agency and Facebook
  • Optimization of targeting for optimal target group segmentation and achievement
  • Strategic further development of the social media channels as well as strategic conception for the development of new target groups and channels such as TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, etc.
  • Proactive and innovative introduction of trends and further developments from the social media industry
  • Optimizing asset creation and increasing media effectiveness; designing and executing test scenarios and implementing and evaluating them
  • Cross-functional communication with stakeholders from the areas of campaign management, content management and Ecommerce

What we expect from you

  • 3+ years of experience with Social Media Marketing at an Ecommerce company or social media agency; fashion retail experience is a plus
  • Proven track record in implementing and optimizing international social media campaigns in the areas of branding and performance
  • Experience in managing international social media accounts including budget deployment, control and optimization
  • Proficiency with tools such as Facebook Business Manager, Smartly, Google Analytics, as well as other tracking tools
  • Able to work under pressure and willing to work in a dynamic, international and fast-changing environment
  • Fluent in English, other language skills will be a plus
