Your responsibilities
- Design and implement strategies to enhance overall organizational performance
- Collaborate with relevant teams to establish performance benchmarks and goals
- Utilize key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess and measure the effectiveness of various functions
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify the underlying issues impacting performance
- Analyze the performance driven mindset for specific teams and provide support for them to develop this mindset through targeted change management initiatives
- Evaluate the impact of planned organizational change and develop risk mitigation plans to ensure that the implementation of performance practices is successful
- Provide support to review, optimize and roll-out the Performance management process linked to C&A's values to establish a performance driven mindset in the C&A organization
- Provide support to manage the training of relevant P&C (People & Culture) stakeholders and enable them to implement Performance Cycles successfully
- Own and drive the employee engagement survey / pulse checks and together with relevant stakeholders analyze results and define measures to strive for improvement and retain talents
- Develop a more engaged workforce and contribute to building a healthy and resilient organization
What you bring
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, Psychology, Adult educational science or equivalent.
- Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in a related field.
- Fluent in business English, oral and written.
- Proficient experience in conducting engagement surveys / pulse checks
- Analytical skills
- Presentation skills
- Communication skills
- Understanding of the fundamental concepts and principles of performance management, engagement, change management and well-being
- Stakeholder management
