As Leadership and Talent Development Lead you will build Leadership and key talent within the C&A organization. Establish a strategy for all aspects of Leadership & Talent Development and ensure that the right processes, tools, concepts, and initiatives are available to establish the proper leadership mindset and skillset to drive co-worker empowerment and engagement.

Your responsibilities

 

  • Develop a strategy for Leadership & Talent Development that is matching the business ambitions to enable a highly engaged and empowered workforce
  • Ensure that right processes, initiatives, and tools are in place to shape the leadership mindset, including values, behaviours and growth mindset to empower leaders as well as key talent
  • Ensure the right processes are in place to foster a performance & talent management that allows the right people in the right positions to ensure talent retention and support a seamless succession planning process
  • Facilitate the entire Talent Review Process and follow-up reporting to guarantee transparency with regards to the organizational talent mapping
  • Establish gap analyses with the business and P&C leaders to design leadership and talent related HR processes, solutions and tools to build up business competence and talent pipeline
  • Support Leaders and co-workers in their development, according to the business needs and development plans.
  • Establish partnerships with our P&C Business Partner colleagues to provide consultation and coaching for business related leadership and talent challenges
  • Lead and develop the organizational Onboarding process to ensure talent retention from day one
  • Be an ambassador and promote best practices of culture, values and ways of working to ensure a great co-worker experience and compliance
  • Lead, coach and develop the team in times of transformation to ensure high performance and personal growth

What you bring

 

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, business psychology, adult educational science or equivalent
  • Minimum 10 years of leadership or/and Leadership & Development experience
  • Experience in developing and executing strategic plans.
  • Proven record of developing people and organizations, preferably with experience from leading people
  • Experience from working in cross-functional and matrix organizations.
  • Fluent in business English, oral and written.
  • Extensive knowledge of P&C strategy, guidelines, processes
  • Sound experience with Performance & Talent Management
  • Understanding of learning theories, leadership and engagement models
  • Understanding of business challenges and create, deploy and manage P&C plans.
