Your responsibilities
A Change Management Lead facilitates organizational transitions by developing and implementing strategies to ensure smooth change processes. By engage stakeholders, provide training, and monitor progress to minimize disruption and ensure successful adoption. Their role is crucial in achieving effective and sustainable change within C&A.
• Lead and drive change initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder engagement.
• Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to support organizational goals and initiatives, both within single departments and company-wide
• Conduct impact assessments, skills gap analyses, and readiness evaluations to identify potential challenges and risks.
• Design and deliver training programs and communication plans to support change initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of change initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management activities and make necessary adjustments.
• Provide coaching and support to leaders and employees to facilitate successful change adoption.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong project management skills.
• Confident in influencing and building relationships at all levels of the organization
• High level of emotional intelligence and resilience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and change management software
What you bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in change management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale change initiatives.
• Deep understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) is a plus
