Our IT department acts as a Europe-wide IT service provider for the C&A Mode Group and controls the further development and operation of the IT landscape centrally from our European headquarters.

We currently have an opportunity for a Support Engineer to join our team, working on-site at our Factory for Innovation in Mönchengladbach. You will provide 1st and 2nd line support for essential Windows, ERP and CAD systems, ensuring C&A colleagues at the Fit Factory and production systems remain online and producing our Denim products.

We'd be keen to speak to thise with a blend of the following:

• Experience providing onsite IT support.
• Knowledge of Windows, MacOS, IOS
• You are familiar with ticket systems (e.g. Atlassian Jira) and documentation of progress
• A pro-active attitude and commitment to delivering service excellence.
• Good knowledge of German and English language
