Your responsibilities at C&A

  • Ensuring the best C&A brand experience and product presentation in over 1.400 stores across Europe
  • Put the consumers, creativity and data at the heart of our modernization journey for C&A
  • Ensure easy navigation and shopping in-store – making it simple for our consumer to find what they need and want
  • Step up the value and benefit communication in-store. Show the great value in our merchandise, the benefits for our consumers. Frame the good, the better and the best. 
  • Dial up inspiration with outfits and brand stories in store – offering different styles, outfit recommendations and what is on trend right now
  • Fully digitalize our practices including set up of stores, management of assets and the way we communicate to store teams
  • Build confidence and skills in our teams to bring the store journey alive
  • Lead and develop our cross European Visual Experience team – covering all aspects from developing and executing our brand experience in store
  • Own budget for visual experience and in-store marketing

What we expect from you

  • 10+ years of experience in visual merchandising and store marketing for a leading fashion retailer
  • At least 5 years of leadership experience – managing a multi-functional team across different locations and markets
  • Innovator and visionary leader in fashion visual experience
  • Open minded to continuous change and improvement
  • Flexible and able to work in a high pace environment
  • Positive forward looking mindset
  • Fluent in English, preferably also in one further European language
