We like to tread unusual paths, and we look forward to hearing your ideas, concepts and proposals. As our Head of Creative Marketing (Creative Director – m/f/d) you will be the Brand custodian and you will be responsible for the overall creative direction. You will collaborate with the teams in Marketing and Divisions and manage our internal creative teams, creative agencies and campaigns to ensure aligned consumer communication. Strengthen the C&A brand identity, ensure a more modern and relatable look and feel of the brand and build omnichannel campaigns that engage stronger with the target consumers.

Your responsibilities at C&A

  • You will own the creative directions for C&A – ensures consistency of our look and feel as well as tone of voice across campaigns, touchpoints and Divisions
  • Further develops our creative guidelines
  • Creative Lead for our Campaigns, including campaign development, briefing & production - for omnichannel campaigns including TV, print, digital, windows and in-store
  • Coaching of our creative colleagues across all areas to improve the quality and consistency of our creative output
  • Drives in particular the step-up of our look and feel in the digital and e-com channels
  • Establishes a continuous line of focus with strong emphasis on sustainability throughout all communication and translates it into an emotional basis for building and strengthening the C&A brand

What we expect of you

  • At least 10 years’ experience in creative directions in the fashion industry
  • Experience with big number of pan European omnichannel campaigns all developed in parallel: TV, print, digital, windows and in-store 
  • Very good understanding of European fashion market, brands and trends
  • Excellent creative skills and strong leadership skills
  • Good self-organization, time management and work structuring skills to deliver to deadlines
  • Positive forward-looking mind-set and attitude 
  • Fluent in English, fluent in one more language would be a plus
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) skills
