Working within C&A's Corporate People & Culture function, the HR Project & Digitalization Manager will support the introduction of innovative digital HR solutions, consisting of any combination of improved HR processes, services and systems, on a cross-European, Market and Country level. Depending on the size and complexity of the  respective initiative, this may entail  leading individual projects, or workstreams / sub-projects of larger programs.

 

As HR Project and Digitalization Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the introduction of innovative digital HR solutions, consisting of combination of improved HR processes, services, and systems, on a cross-European, Market and Country level. You will be part of a diverse and passionate People & Culture Community, reporting to the Lead HR Transformation Programs.

Your responsibilities

  • Support the scoping, planning and preparation of new HR digitalization initiatives, including contribution to building respective business cases                                        
  • Independently manage implementation (sub-)projects or workstreams, to drive HR digitalization based on C&A's central SuccessFactors platform and other solutions in the context of related projects                                             
  • Closely collaborate and coordinate with different P&C, Tech (IT) and Business stakeholders, as well as external Suppliers in the context of such projects
  • Report project status to direct supervisor, Steering Committees, and executive level
  • Help to identify, formulate and support the decision making around further improvement potentials, to result in new digitalization initiatives           

What you bring

  • University degree in Business Administration, IT or HR or significant demonstrated experience in related work          
  • Experience in managing implementation of IT or HR IT Systems projects and  new IT solutions
  • Process and continuous improvement mindset and ability to translate between HR and IT    
  • Fluency in English, German language is a plus                       
  • Previous work experience in the Retail and/ or Fashion sector is a plus
  • Positive and forward-looking mindset with a can-do attitude
