The Business Navigation team plays a critical role in supporting the C&A retail selling organization by providing financial insights, analysis, and strategic guidance. This position partners closely with business leaders to drive informed decision-making, optimize performance, and ensure sustainable, profitable growth. It offers a dynamic opportunity for finance professionals to contribute to the success of C&A.

Your responsibilities

  • Co-Pilot to the Business Leaders of the Selling team.
  • Enable fact-based decision making and performance management for the business leaders by generating insights, identifying opportunities and improvement areas and actively sharing these.
  • Be a sparring partner for the Selling team and Business Navigation leadership.
  • Execute and manage the budget, planning and forecasting processes.
  • Provide & Review management reports, including Sales Generation Model reporting, Promotion Effectiveness analysis, general variance analysis (vs. plan, forecast and prior year), with the Selling Team.
  • Help to develop One C&A KPI dashboard based on Microstrategy
  • Develop business cases, with clear metrics / benchmarks / thresholds.

What you bring

  • Bachelors / Masters degree 
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Commercial business controlling/analysis for Offline and/or eCommerce business. 
  • Preferably with exposure to fashion, consumer goods or other retail industries 
  • Experienced user in Excel/Powerpoint and business intelligence tools like Microstrategy
  • Positive and forward-looking mindset with “hands-on” mentality
  • Good leadership and communication skills 
  • Fluent in English
