The Business Navigation team plays a critical role in supporting the C&A retail selling organization by providing financial insights, analysis, and strategic guidance. This position partners closely with business leaders to drive informed decision-making, optimize performance, and ensure sustainable, profitable growth. It offers a dynamic opportunity for finance professionals to contribute to the success of C&A.
Your responsibilities
- Co-Pilot to the Business Leaders of the Selling team.
- Enable fact-based decision making and performance management for the business leaders by generating insights, identifying opportunities and improvement areas and actively sharing these.
- Be a sparring partner for the Selling team and Business Navigation leadership.
- Execute and manage the budget, planning and forecasting processes.
- Provide & Review management reports, including Sales Generation Model reporting, Promotion Effectiveness analysis, general variance analysis (vs. plan, forecast and prior year), with the Selling Team.
- Help to develop One C&A KPI dashboard based on Microstrategy
- Develop business cases, with clear metrics / benchmarks / thresholds.
What you bring
- Bachelors / Masters degree
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Commercial business controlling/analysis for Offline and/or eCommerce business.
- Preferably with exposure to fashion, consumer goods or other retail industries
- Experienced user in Excel/Powerpoint and business intelligence tools like Microstrategy
- Positive and forward-looking mindset with “hands-on” mentality
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Fluent in English
