As Group Enterprise Risk Manager, you will play a key role in building and leading a comprehensive risk management framework across C&A. You’ll partner with senior stakeholders to proactively identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and embed risk awareness throughout the business — ensuring we achieve our goals with confidence and compliance.
Your responsibilities
- Design, implement, and evolve a group-wide Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) system.
- Act as the central point of contact for all risk-related activities across departments and countries.
- Identify and assess enterprise-level risks, advise on mitigation strategies, and track implementation of controls.
- Facilitate regular risk workshops and assessments to ensure consistency and objectivity in risk evaluation.
- Monitor and report on risk trends, regulatory requirements, and compliance status to senior leadership.
- Evaluate business-critical processes and guide improvements through a risk-focused lens.
- Develop training materials and lead sessions to foster a strong risk culture across the organization.
- Ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations, integrating best practices throughout.
What you bring
- At least 5 years of experience in Risk Management, Internal Audit, Compliance, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of risk management frameworks (e.g., ISO 31000, COSO) and regulatory standards.
- Analytical mindset with a keen eye for identifying process improvements and control gaps.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional, international projects and engage stakeholders effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and confident collaboration across all levels of the organization.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Degree in Business, Risk, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
