Your responsibilities at C&A

  • Plan, organise, and implement co-worker engagement surveys and drive the Project Management
  • Enable a result communication cascade and empower leaders to implement actions based on engagement surveys
  • Develop a well-being strategy and establish a well-being community
  • Push engagement in communities online & offline and drive activities to support the co-worker’s well-being 
  • Support the return to office project and reinforce the new ways of working project

What we expect from you

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, psychology, or similar field and at least 3-5 years of experience in a learning and development function
  • High level of customer and service orientation paired with excellent communication skills and ideally facilitation skills
  • Excellent organizational skills, a structured way of working as well as positive forward-looking attitude, hands-on mentality, and a digital mindset
  • You are a strong team player while having the ability to work independently with good networking skills and the ability to work in an international environment
  • Fluency in English and German, preferably fluent in one more language
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and Outlook, working with an LMS is a plus
