This is an opportunity to join the ecommerce department one of Europe's most widely recognized fashion brands. As Ecommerce  Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth of Cluster BeNeLux  (Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg) within C&A.com and developing a growth plan for the Cluster Benelux, architect growth strategies, actions across digital channels and work together with the wider growth team to build the right assortment. (Build, grow and own your cluster). This position is based in our Dusseldorf Office.

You will be part of a diverse and passionate E commerce team and Digital Org and reporting to the Ecommerce Lead.

Your responsibilities

 

  • Build & Develop a SGM model for your cluster in collaboration with the wider Market, Marketing & Digital teams
  • Bring Strategy to execution: For your cluster drive & own the SGM initiatives on CR% / PPO / RR
  • Focus on Customer led full funnel approach (acquire, convert & retain customers)
  • Deliver consumer-right differentiated assortments for cluster in collaboration with the Buying/Merch team
  • Communicate and brief Development & UX and marketing team on the relevant digital experiences needed across the consumer journey to increase engagement and conversion for your cluster                 
  • Co-build a 365 brand/retail calendar for your cluster across channels with brand/retail moments campaigns
  • Lead & prepare weekly & daily trade to achieve our plan with modern scorecards based on OKR & KPI’s for your cluster
  • Omnichannel alignment on Promotions & Campaigns and Activations to ensure our omnichannel strategy for your cluster                 
  • Ensure collaboration with the Consumer Engagement Leader to build connected membership journeys
  • Deliver on the seasonal/yearly growth targets by cluster
  • Work with the Lead Growth and Ops to Ensure a solid S&OP process, that allows to always have the right stock at the right depth available for your digital channels
  • Contribute to the development of new market and channel penetration strategies in collaboration with Lead Ecommerce and MPO team

What you bring

  • University degree in Digital Business or Marketing and significant demonstrated experience in related Digital B2C/ Ecommerce field
  • Ability to lead x-functional teams without hierarchy                                          
  • Fluency in English                               
  • Previous work experience in Retail and/ or Fashion sector is a plus
  • Positive and forward-looking mindset with a can-do attitude
  • Experience of working within an agile environment, ideally within an organization transitioning from waterfall to agile ways of working
