Your responsibilities at C&A

  • You are part of our User Research & Experimentation team comprising user researcher, CX manager and conversion optimizer working closely with digital product management
  • You generate ideas and develop hypotheses for A/B tests and personalization campaigns based on quantitative data analysis, customer segmentation and qualitative user research
  • You advise and support our user research team and digital product managers in challenging ideas and validating and prioritizing test hypotheses
  • You support the design of CRO concepts and take operational responsibility for the coordination and successful execution of A/B testing and personalization in collaboration with our external agency, for currently ten C&A country shops with the overall goal to increase customer satisfaction, user experience and conversion rate
  • You are responsible for the execution of A/B tests and personalization campaigns, their interpretation, as well as the controlling of runtime, quality and budget
  • Your role also includes stakeholder management and effective and regular communication of results 
  • You exchange closely within the User Research & Experimentation team and UX designer, and coordinate the corresponding roadmaps
  • You are active contributor to build a test & learn culture within the organization

What we expect from you

  • You have successfully completed your studies, preferably in the fields of human computer interaction, (business or media) computer science, data science, business administration, communication design, market research, or comparable trainings
  • You bring with you several years of relevant experience in the field of conversion rate optimization, A/B testing and ideally personalization
  • You are familiar with common website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Hotjar, Optimizely) and A/B testing platforms (e.g. Google Optimize, AB Tasty, Dynamic Yield, Kameleoon)
  • You have strong analytical and conceptual skills, you work independently and are a team player
  • You find the right balance between pragmatism and detail in your daily doing
  • You have a high degree of initiative and you are a strong communicator
  • You enjoy setting up processes
  • You have a solid methodological knowledge in the field of user research, a good knowledge of design principles, user experience design, website navigation, information architecture and maybe even HTML, CSS and JavaScript skills to set up small A/B tests yourself
  • You speak fluently German and English
