Your responsibilities at C&A

  • You develop new voice/video solutions based on our Cisco Unified Communications, Microsoft Teams and Webex Cloud infrastructure
  • You want to continuously optimize the solution and thus improve the service for our customers
  • You support our existing infrastructure, troubleshoot and solve problems
  • You support other departments and colleagues with your expert knowledge
  • You keep our documentation up-to-date


What we expect from you

  • Completed vocational training or a university degree in computer science or a comparable course of study
  • Sound experience in Cisco Unified Communication infrastructure
  • Experience with ticketing systems (e.g. Atlassian software) as well as experience in the administration of comparable systems
  • You are a strong communicator - in relation to your colleagues, but also when it comes to customer meetings
  • Our English-language meetings and work documentation are no problem for you
  • The IT industry is constantly evolving - you want to grow and learn, so you are interested in innovative topics and the latest technologies.
