The in-house C&A Studio team, is the internal creative agency, responsible for the development of strategically led creative concepts, content and digital solutions to support marketing and communications for C&A across European markets. As creative guardians, we are responsible for elevating and reflecting core brand values across every touch-point, adopting and maintaining an Omni-channel approach to everything we do.


Your responsibilities at C&A

  • Collaborate with peers to develop seasonal projects and key initiatives for the digital and e-commerce markets
  • Input into the creative brief, ideate concepts, brainstorm and pitch ideas
  • Collaborate with team members to concept and art direct shoots; bring your trusted industry contacts and introduce new talent
  • Ensure synergy in shoot execution, ensure deliverables are on-brand and in-line with objectives
  • Build and foster relationships with external and internal stakeholders
  • Navigate creative approvals, positively contribute to discussion, and take projects to a global stage where appropriate

What we expect from you

  • Degree in a creative field such as graphic/digital design, fine arts, visual communication, art direction
  • More than 7 years’ experience, with at least 3 years’ working within an in-house Agency team or creative Agency, working with fashion, luxury or lifestyle brands
  • A Master at juggling priorities, ensuring timely delivery of work and managing numerous projects simultaneously
  • An enthusiastic collaborator, but also self-initiating and motivated to work autonomously
  • A thorough understanding of the fashion industry and up to date knowledge of trends and talent such as photographers, stylists and models
  • A natural communicator; you eloquently present ideas and navigate work through key stakeholders, contributing to discussion and positively influencing decisions
  • Expert competency with Adobe Creative programs, with a focus on InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Sketch-up for designing 3-D environments
