Your responsibilities at C&A

• Support system implementation and migration projects with end-to-end changeover management as well as identifying specific tasks for the cutover from legacy to new systems
• Support the promotion of industry standards and harmonized processes
• Prepare technical change within the organisation and support stakeholders with technical change management
• Deliver projects results in time, quality and cost including change definition and testing
• Build efficient collaboration with operational project stakeholders in business and IT

What we expect of you

• University degree in Business Informatics, Administration, Engineering or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience, preferably in the area of project management, process management or consulting
• Experience in process definition and harmonization, linked with knowledge about required coordination and communication between business, functional units and IT
• Good understanding of interdependencies within the retail supply chain (ideally background in fashion/apparel supply chain)
• Above average communication skills allowing effective cross-functional working relationships with a variety of stakeholders including senior executives
• Fluent in both English and German
