Your responsibilities at C&A

  • As a (Junior) CRM Marketing Manager, you will support the CRM Manager in the operation and further development of the C&A Payback program 
  • You are the contact person to our external industry partner (Payback) for all marketing issues
  • You will support the C&A Marketing Team in developing strategies for the planning, organization and operational implementation of CRM campaigns to acquire new customers and retain existing C&A Payback customers
  • You support the conception and further development of data-driven omni-channel campaigns
  • Together with the CRM Manger, with the Customer Insights & Analysis team and in close cooperation with the external industry partner (Payback), you develop suitable customer segments and define the contact strategy for long-term customer optimization and customer value enhancement depending on the customer segment
  • You will monitor campaign KPI, customer data and support continuous improvement of campaign performance

What we expect of you

  • You have a completed commercial apprenticehip or a university degree in business administration or a comparable degree with a focus on marketing
  • Initial professional experience in CRM / dialog marketing (digital and/or classic), ideally in retail or on the agency side
  • Ideally experience with the Payback partner program
  • Initial experience in KPI management and demonstrable skills in dealing with customer segments as part of the marketing mix
  • Good knowledge of relevant CRM tools
  • Very good English and German skills, both written and spoken
