Your responsibilities

 

As Internal Communications Manager you support the information flow and continuous dialog between the SE local Leadership Team and all Co-Workers in Southern Europe (France, Spain, Portugal, Italy). You work on implementing EU standards and accompanying the transformation and support of the One C&A strategy in Southern Europe. You also support the SE leadership team with strengthening the dialogue to co-workers and communicating topics to all office and store co-workers.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

 

•    Plans, creates, coordinates and publishes editorial content for various internal target groups independently and creatively.
•    Conceptualize, organizes and implements various internal communication measures.
•    Supports the central internal communication goals and strategies in consultation with the team and support the content planning of online and offline communication channels.
•    Support specialist departments, locations and managers in the design and implementation of communicative measures and strategic messages.
•    Supports one digital communication platform and integrates market needs into the project as well as rolls it out in the Southern Europe market.

What you bring

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 

 

•    Relevant editorial experience in journalism or Corporate Communications
•    High level of creativity, conceptual strength and quick comprehension skills
•    Knowledge of digital communication channels, experience with Sharepoint-based intranets
•    Business fluent in written and spoken French and English (Spanish, Portuguese and/or Italian would also be helpful, but not necessarily)
•    A sense of responsibility and motivation to drive forward and complete your own projects independently and autonomously.
•    Reliability, motivation and flexibility
•    An open manner and a feeling for internal company developments.
    

 

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications: 


•    Completed relevant university degree (communications or social sciences)
•    At least 4 to 5 years of professional experience in the field of internal communication in an agency or company
