As a key member of our Shared Service Center, you'll provide technical support across eight countries. Your responsibilities include user support for MS 365, hardware, mobile devices, printers, and video conferencing systems, as well as maintaining the IT infrastructure, including hardware, networks, and software.

You’ll collaborate closely with the central Tech Team to ensure compliance with guidelines, manage user administration, and minimize service ticket volumes. Additionally, you'll contribute to project management. A proactive mindset will make you a valued member of our diverse team.

How You'll Contribute

  • Technical and functional user support.
  • IT technical equipment of the branches.
  • Internal order and invoice management.
  • Inventory preparation and management.
  • Support of opening new stores.
  • Hardware and software installation.
  • User training and onboarding.
  • Negotiating with suppliers to bring them onboard.

What You Bring

  • 1-2 years of experience in IT Support.
  • Computer science, network, ITIL basics.
  • Windows Server and Windows Client.
  • Technical or management education.
  • Years of professional experience, ideally in a similar position.
  • Fluent English & Romanian.
  • Open for traveling and flexibility.
  • Organizational skills, teamwork.
  • Initiative and self-organization.
