About the role

The Talent team is responsible for all learning, talent management, recruitment and employer branding activities of C&A. Currently we are looking for an intern to support our organisation in the Benelux (based in Amsterdam), with a key focus on recruitment and employer branding. This role can be filled fully focusing on working alongside the team (‘meewerkstage’) or be combined with doing research for your Bachelor or Master thesis. We are looking for someone for 32-40 hours per week, starting date to be agreed.

Your responsibilities

  • Support the Talent Acquisition team throughout the entire candidate lifecycle; active sourcing, screening applications, participating in interviews and hiring.
  • Maintain relationships with schools and universities, organize career events (inhouse and external), and initiate other activities to attract and select candidates.
  • Support hiring managers in the recruitment process; guide them through the applicant tracking system, help them prepare for interviews, conduct hiring manager satisfaction interviews, etc.
  • Reporting in Excel and SuccessFactors.

What you bring

  • Enrolled student (m/f/d) in HR, organizational psychology or a related field.
  • Ability to act in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication skills .
  • Your Dutch and English is at the level to conduct job interviews and read CV’s and motivation letters.
